Due to increased waiting times for appointments we are currently only able to accept new exotic patients by veterinary referral. Please only contact us if you have been referred by your vet.

This means another vet has seen your pet recently and tried to help you first. If you need a referral then please get in touch with your local vet first, alternatively use the RCVS Find a Vet search in order to find a practice who will be willing to see you and your pet quickly.
